Abstract

This article examines the legal foundations of prosecutorial oversight over the implementation of legislative acts aimed at ensuring employment of the population. Although this area of prosecutorial oversight has been addressed by researchers within the broader study of prosecutorial oversight, it has not previously been the subject of a separate scholarly investigation. In several instances, the author engages in scholarly discussion with other researchers and sets forth their position regarding the relevance and significance of the topic under consideration.
